INHC (Institute of Nutrition & Health Coaching) was founded to raise the standard of nutrition coaching in India. It converts Fitelo’s field-tested methods - proven across 2.5 lakh clients - into structured, evidence-based education for aspiring and practising coaches.
INHC is an education initiative by Fitelo. The same clinical advisers, data insights and coaching frameworks that power Fitelo’s 800 + coaches now shape every INHC programme, giving learners direct access to tools that already work in the real world.
Courses are created and reviewed by a multidisciplinary panel of practising doctors, registered dietitians, certified international coaches and Fitelo’s senior coaches. Learners interact with these mentors through live Q&As and project feedback.
All programmes are delivered online through an easy-to-use learning platform that supports video lessons, live mentor hours and peer discussion. This format lets learners study from any city while still getting real-time guidance and community support.
